Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday.
You can choose between three types of units, according to your needs and costs, these are the following apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
The villa has a swimming pool, external showers, garden, barbeque, parking area that are shared among the three units.
The distance to the city centre is about 1,5 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport and about 5 km from Scopello village.
The owners live in one of the premises and could assist you at any time.
Edera is a ground floor apartment in the south part of the main villa. Extended over tha garden and the swimming pool, the unit includes a the large open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and provided with TV and air conditioning. There are also two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. In the last one there is no window-view.
The bathroom is with shower. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.
A nice veranda surrounded with the Mediterranean trees in the garden permits a lovely outdoor breakfasts with possibility to enjoy the sea at the distance.
